New In Our Assortment:
838901 Pepper black Kilindi organic whole (Piper cubeba)
Kilindi pepper is grown in a small farmers' cooperative in the province of Kilindi on the island Zanzibar.
The hand-picked Piper nigrum L. fruit is sun-dried, machine-cleaned, hand-selected and germ-reduced with hot steam.
Kilindi pepper has a round and full pepper flavor with a strong, earthy pepper-aroma and medium heat. We hope, to be able to offer more new pepper varieties in the near future.
98901 Tasmanian pepper whole
The king among all kinds of pepper, also called Australian mountain pepper.
It thrives in the very changeable South Pacific climate on the island of Tasmania and is characterized by its diverse taste: Initially sweet and fruity, followed by a pronounced, peppery spiciness. A subtle hint of tree fungus and the earthy, slightly clove-like taste are what make these berries so appealing. This exotic pepper smells and tastes like almost no other pepper.
99601 Nepal pepper whole
Timut pepper is the Nepalese equivalent of the somewhat better-known Szechuan pepper. What makes it special: Timut pepper is not the usual cultivated variety from China, but pepper collected wild in Nepal.
Visually, this variety is distinguished by its smaller, aromatic, accompanied by a wonderful scent of lemons and limes.
95101 Pepper long african whole
(Piper Capense)
Compared to Bengal pepper, the taste is rather bitter with a slight citrus flavor.
